Application and Interview Process

Here at FFD, we pride ourselves on our hardworking, loyal, and dependable crews. Our mission is to bring God back to the forefront of the drilling world and to change the way the world views the drilling community. Our crews are a huge part of this mission. We value the hard work of our crews and are always looking to hire more, God fearing, hardworking, and dependable members to our team. After you submit an application, it will go in for review and you will receive a call to set up and interview. Interviews may be in person, or over the phone, depending on your location. All new hires will undergo Drug Testing.
